Cost Engineering & Management Services

We support our clients from preliminary cost estimating to continuous cost and schedule control. We use earned value management and other similar tools for project cost control. The cost advice we provide is both realistic and comprehensive, covering all aspects of the projects, specifically designed to help our clients make informed decisions. We also add value by effectively managing contractual changes and recognizing scope changes as early as possible, enabling our clients to take swift corrective action.
